Engineered solution for a driver assist module that needed to be relocated due to the customer’s aftermarket bumper not having provisions for this module. The rigid mount module was relocated behind the factory grille and a custom non-ferrous bracket.

Unique application involving a single board computer system that overheats when performing basic object detection algorithms. A passive cooling system was designed to reduce these temperatures therefore preventing the system from throttling down the processing power. The design was sketched, drawn, and designed on SolidWorks from start to finish.
